Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Data Dumps Ltd. (Company No. 16378739). By using our service, you agree to the following:

  • Use of the Service: The Service is for professionals aged 18 or older. “You” refers to the user or organization; “Service” refers to Data Dumps; and “Authorized Users” are anyone you allow to use it.
  • Account Responsibilities: You’re responsible for all account activity, including from anyone you let in. Don’t share credentials recklessly.
  • Data Handling: We collect your email, API keys, usage logs, and temporary cached data to operate the service efficiently. Deleted accounts are backed up for 7 days, then wiped permanently.
  • Free Trial and Billing: New users get a 30-day free trial. Subscriptions are monthly. No refunds unless there’s confirmed payment fraud.
  • Service Availability: We aim for 100% uptime but can’t promise it. Things happen — updates, load spikes, the occasional gremlin.
  • Liability: The Service is provided “as is.” Our liability is capped at one month’s subscription fee. We aren’t responsible for data from external platforms or any resulting losses.
  • Mentions and Internal Use: You can say you use us. We’ll ask permission before using your name or logo. We may use anonymous usage data to improve our product.
  • Third-Party Integrations: We rely on external platforms like Google Ads. We’re not responsible for their performance or reliability.
  • Prohibited Use: Don’t break stuff. Don’t hack us. Don’t compete with us using our own tools. Just be cool.
  • Support: Reach out at support@data-dumps.com. We’ll try to help, no promises on speed.
  • Jurisdiction: These terms fall under UK law. Disputes will be handled in UK courts.
  • Usage Limits: We can set or change rate limits and usage caps at any time.
  • Updates: Terms may change. We’ll notify you if they do. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
  • Price Changes: Pricing may change with at least 7 days’ notice. We’ll aim for longer if possible, but reserve flexibility.
  • Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security risks, or harmful behavior. Most users will never encounter this.
